Quantum regression and past lives

Quantum regression is often associated with Dolores Cannon’s QHHT. Here I explain that approach and the online guided visualization sessions I offer.

What to expect

What is QHHT?

QHHT stands for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. Dolores Cannon developed this approach to deep hypnosis and regression. Within her framework, a person is guided into deep concentration to describe scenes they may interpret as past lives and ask questions of what she called the “Subconscious” or “Higher Self.” These terms belong to her spiritual framework.

What my online session looks like

We talk about what you would like to explore. Then I guide you through a visualization, and you can describe the images, sensations or ideas that arise. Afterward, we discuss what those scenes mean to you and the questions you brought. During relaxation, you remain in control of your experience: you can speak, change the subject or stop the exercise at any time.

Past lives and other images

You may interpret what appears as a past life, a symbolic scene or an imagined story. You do not have to choose an explanation to reflect on how it made you feel. Hypnosis and visualization cannot verify that those scenes occurred or establish the cause of a fear or pain.

Topics we can explore

  • Fears and phobias
  • Emotional trauma
  • Recurring patterns
  • Personal relationships
  • Self-understanding
  • Physical discomfort

How this differs from in-person QHHT

The official QHHT organization states that its sessions take place in person. My Zoom sessions involve regression and guided visualization; I do not present them as official QHHT sessions.

Regression sessions offer a space for personal exploration. If you have persistent physical or emotional symptoms, consult a health professional.
